High Street Wine Co. opened in 2016 with an emphasis on hospitality and featuring a carefully curated wine selection from General Manager and Beverage Director Scott Ota. Ota, a former waiter, worked his way to advanced sommelier, earning top marks on his exam and a recognition as Texas’ Best Sommelier along the way. Led by Ota, this wine bar and shop serves a selection of small production wines that are excellent expressions of the best winemaking regions in the world, all the while maintaining their “people first” motto.
