Since joining Pearl in fall of 2024, Chef Geronimo Lopez and his culinary team have been passionate about sharing Pearls vision of transforming local ingredients into good food and drink. Chef Lopez has brought a world of expertise to Supper, with influences shaped by his time in Michelin-starred kitchens and luxury hotels in France, Mexico, Hawaii, and beyond. His menus honor seasonality and classic techniques, crafting dishes that celebrate both the timeless artistry of the culinary world and the best locally sourced ingredients from our farm partners across South Texas.
