Boiler House provides a taste of artfully prepared, gourmet Texas Hill Country fare using the freshest local ingredients available partnered with an ever-evolving wine list of more than 120 labels, and an assortment of craft beers from all over Texas. Chef Jarrad Gwaltney has been in the kitchen at Boiler House since 2014, serving as Executive Chef since 2018. Working his way up from a job as a busboy in his first restaurant, Chef Gwaltney has over 26 years of experience working in kitchens.
