Mezquite

Kick off the week in true Pearl style—by raising a glass to Texas Cocktail Week. Join us at Mezquite from 1:30 pm–2:30 pm for a Volans Tequila Tasting & Education led by Volans Founder, Cristina Allen. Enjoy your tequila alongside a vibrant Mezquite lunch and savor an afternoon filled with the unmistakable flavors of Sonora.

Sternewirth

Wander over to Sternewirth from 3:00 pm–6:00 pm for El Gallo Altanaero & Friends bar takeover. Sip your way through a one-of-a-kind menu, curated by LALO, and bask in the energy of one of North America’s top bars, recognized on the world’s best lists and crowned Best Bar in Mexico by Food & Travel and MexBest.

Make it a double-feature and stick around for The Botanist’s bar takeover from 7:00 pm–10:00 pm. The night promises a signature cocktail experience—centered around Nikka—and the creative spirit of The Botanist Bar, a standout on North America’s 50 Best Bars and winner of hospitality and cocktail awards worldwide.

If you are looking for a day full of celebrating, join our Truman Vodka Bar Crawl for a day of Texas Cocktail Week events across multiple locations. Join all day or visit for select events.

Ease into the afternoon at Ladino, savoring authentic Mediterranean flavors alongside a curated selection of specialty historical cocktails from 2:00 pm–4:00 pm. Next, head to Mezquite for a Parejo Spirits Tasting & Education with founder Jorge Caldera from 4:00 pm–5:00 pm.

Mezquite x Parejo Lechuguilla Private Batch Release Party

Still thirsty for adventure? Secure your spot at the Mezquite x Parejo Lechuguilla Private Batch Release Party from 5:00 pm–10:00 pm, where a special Chihuahuan Cantina menu awaits—exclusively available September 24–27.
