Day 1: Distiller’s Dinner at Hotel Emma
Friday, May 1, 2026 | 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM | Hotel Emma 136 E Grayson St, San Antonio, TX 78215
This is the crown jewel of the weekend. An intimate multi-course pairing dinner where you’ll sit face-to-face with the families behind some of the world’s most respected agave spirits. The evening begins with a 30-minute cocktail reception, then transitions to a guided tasting experience featuring a different agave spirit paired with carefully crafted cuisine at each course.

Day 1: Taste of Pearl Cocktail Competition with Good Juice
Kick off the weekend by bringing your friends for a spirited cocktail competition! On Friday, May 1, from 4 to 9 p.m., enjoy curated cocktails as bars compete for the best Agave Spirit Cocktail at the Taste of Pearl Cocktail Competition with Good Juice.
This in-person event lets you hop from bar to bar to order the featured $14 cocktail. Each drink you order counts as a vote, with winners announced at 8 p.m. that evening.

Cap off the festival with legendary music. Los Lobos brings the iconic East L.A. sound to Stable Hall—a seamless blend of rock, Tex-Mex, country, and folk infused with the soulful rhythms of R&B, blues, and traditional Spanish music.
