They also offer packages, such as The Big Chill, which includes a 90-minute Signature Massage followed by a super-charged peel, The 29 Again Facial, which will help you hit refresh on that inner glow.

Ever buzzing, Pearl has embraced a whole new frequency of om, with the opening of Hiatus Spa + Retreat, the latest outpost of the savvy Texas-based day spa and wellness brand. Founded by Sheila Garrison and Kristin Heaton-Peabody, the spa offers not only stellar treatments and chic digs that reference history, but also memberships with monthly wellness plans—the first of its kind in this country.

One of the best gifts we've ever gotten is a surprise gift certificate to this deluxe retreat with locations across Texas, including one in the Pearl Brewery. Spread across 13 rooms, Hiatus offers traditional services like massages and facials, but also unique offerings like a Vichy Shower and full-body exfoliation (perfect before a pre-vacation trip to the spray tanning salon).
