To Lick Honest Ice Creams, “honest” means real, genuine, and that they really, genuinely do what they say they do. They believe that everyone deserves to know where their food comes from and they're willing to tell you! All of the milk and cream used to make their ice creams come from the grass-fed, pasture-roaming cows of Mill King Market & Creamery, a local, family-owned dairy in McGregor, Texas. Their other ingredients are their inspiration: they build their unique flavors around the ingredients, many of which come fresh directly from their local farmers and artisans, and can be traced to their sources.
