Green Bexar Farm, established in 2018 on a 10 acre pecan orchard in Saint Hedwig, was founded with the vision of growing the highest quality food. They are currently farming on just under an acre of land — producing greens, roots, fruits, microgreens, herbs, pasture-raised chickens and turkeys, eggs, pecans, and other specialty items.
