Gently reheat with a little water in a pan on the stove. Can be reheated in hot water if seal remains unbroken. To reheat in oven, bring to room temperature, and gently reheat in a 250°F oven until warm or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. Whole briskets $130.
