You may have seen a few new art pieces around Pearl. We’re proud to be a sponsor of CHRISTUS Children’s larger-than-life CowParade sculptures. The art installations have been transformed by local San Antonio artists and will be auctioned off for charity with proceeds benefiting the CHRISTUS Children’s Foundation.
Pearl’s pasture consists of four cows painted by COFEE, Jen Hughes, Joyce Rebolloso, and the Young Women’s Leadership Academy. On your next visit to Pearl, make plans to see the cows at Parkito, Karnes Street, Pearl Park, and the shade structure near Boiler House.
Plus, there are prizes up for grabs for those entering CHRISTUS’s CowParade Scavenger Hunt.
Visit seven cows across the city, snap a photo, and post your pictures to Instagram for a chance to win prize packs, gift cards, and an artist meet-and-greet. Those without social media can still enter the contest by uploading photos to a form here. The deadline to enter the contest is Friday, August 15.
