Pilates Platinum

Pilates Platinum is dedicated to creating a fun and energizing workout that is a journey for the mind, body and core. Pilates is a method of training designed to engage the mind and condition the total body. With over 500 exercises it combines both strength and flexibility to reduce stress and produce longer leaner muscles with the end goal being better overall posture.

This session will be tailored to sculpt and define the three areas we can’t stop talking about – arms, abs, and seat. Split into dedicated sections, you will spend 20 minutes toning the legs, 15 minutes tightening and strengthening your core, 10 minutes sculpting long arms, elegant shoulders, and back, and 10 minutes of stretching. Concentrated movements for targeted results. Bring your mat and friends!
