Chefs Jennifer Dobbertin and Quealy Watson, the powerhouse culinary duo behind Tenko Ramen, bring you Best Quality Daughter, an inventive restaurant concept pioneering New Asian-American cuisine. Dobbertin, a second-generation Chinese American, took inspiration from her travels and the comfort food of her youth for Best Quality Daughter. A warm, fun, and gorgeous environment serves as a culinary beacon to locals and travelers alike.

Brasserie Mon Chou Chou is the brainchild of Chef Laurent Réa, Philippe Placé, and Jérôme Sérot—French food lovers who met nearly 20 years ago in San Antonio. The menu highlights the cuisine of their homeland, enriched with fond memories of meals shared with family and friends. Many of the dishes are directly influenced by the trio’s respective grandmothers, as well as the many inspiring cities and diverse regions of France.

Brought to you by Chef Nicola Blaque and Chef Lionel “Butch” Blache, Mi Roti takes inspiration from the West Indies and the Caribbean. Chef Blaque graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and is the chef and owner of The Jerk Shack. With Mi Roti, Blaque continues her mission to elevate and modernize Caribbean street food while introducing a new cuisine to the San Antonio culinary landscape.

Anne Ng and Jeremy Mandrell teamed up with entrepreneur Charlie Biedenharn to start Bakery Lorraine at a farmers market in 2011, where they quickly built a loyal customer base. Now, the nationally recognized Bakery Lorraine has multiple locations and is famous for its baked goods that combine classic French pastry techniques with a playful inventiveness. Every item that it puts out is handmade with the utmost care and attention to detail.

High Street Wine Co. opened in 2016 with an emphasis on hospitality and featuring a carefully curated wine selection. Led by Scott Ota, General Manager and Beverage Director and advanced sommelier, this wine bar and shop serves a selection of small production wines that are excellent expressions of the best winemaking regions in the world.
