Three chefs resident to Pearl restaurants (Johnny Hernandez, La Gloria, Geronimo Lopez, Nao and Jesse Perez, Arcade) and Blue Box craft cocktail maker extraordinaire Olaf Harmel created a culinary adventure inspired by the diverse collection of Walter Mathis housed in Villa Finale, the only National Trust House Museum in the state of Texas. The Chefs and Olaf toured the collection and created drinks and dishes inspired by the pieces they found most interesting and affecting.
