Located in the brewery’s former “Full of Goods” warehouse, Pearl Studio is an ideal gathering place for all occasions. Offering a modern event venue with an industrial warehouse flavor, Pearl Studio is perfect for any social gathering, business meeting, press conference, music or video production, an intimate wedding reception or performing arts event.
The venue can accommodate up to 150 guests indoors, or combined with the covered Breezeways to accommodate 500 guests. The Breezeway, also in the Full Goods Building, is an ideal pre-function space for a delightful social hour in an eco-friendly setting or stand alone event space with ample free parking, comfortable chairs, tables, and podium included.
Adjacent to the Museum Reach segment of the San Antonio River, the Full Goods Building is also home to the largest solar installation in the State of Texas and is certified through the Leadership in Energy & Environmental Development’s (LEED) Green Building Rating System.

*On-site staffer at open house will not be able to accommodate event booking or contracting requests, which must be done through the Pearl main office Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

Full Goods Breezeway
$500.00 in conjunction with Studio use; $1,000.00 as a standalone rental.
The Rental Fee includes the use of the interior space, tables and chairs, and the presence of one Pearl trained Event Staffer. Additional set up time may be purchased for $100/hour, if venue available. The same $100/hour fee will apply to events which run beyond the contracted end time. Ceremonies will incur a $300 fee to secure the venue for a three hour rehearsal block. Rental Fee also includes no more than two final one hour walk-throughs to take place no earlier than one month prior to the event. Unless otherwise expressly stated, the Rental Fee does not include and Pearl is not responsible for any other services or rentals associated with the event, such as catering, linens, clean-up after the event, entertainment, audio visual needs, transportation, florists, and decorations. *Events are subject to cancellation if payment is not received in full at least 30 days prior to the event. No orders for staffing will be placed less than a week from the event date, and the client forfeits use.
