$100.00 per hour
The Rental Fee includes the use of the interior space, tables and chairs, and the presence of one Pearl trained Event Staffer. Additional set up time may be purchased for $100/hour, if venue available. The same fee of $100/hour will be assessed for events which run over the contracted end time. Ceremonies will incur a $300 fee to secure the venue for a three hour rehearsal block. Rental Fee also includes no more than two final one hour walk-throughs to take place no earlier than one month prior to the event. Unless otherwise expressly stated, the Rental Fee does not include and Pearl is not responsible for any other services or rentals associated with the event, such as catering, linens, clean-up after the event, entertainment, audio visual needs, transportation, florists, and decorations. *Events are subject to cancellation if payment is not received in full at least 30 days prior to the event. No orders for staffing will be placed less than a week from the event date, and the client forfeits use.
