Approved Caterers

Pearl is proud to partner with local catering companies in San Antonio that promote culinary excellence and superior customer service. Every company on the list meets the Pearl standards for quality and service.  Clients must work with a caterer from the approved list below.  A 10% catering fee will be added to the catering bill on all food and beverage, before tax and gratuity.  Donated alcohol or alcohol provided by the Client to the caterer is not allowed.

Per Pearl policy: to avoid the risk of alcohol being pulled at your event, your caterer will purchase and serve all alcoholic beverages.

Caterer Approval Process

Interested applicants may submit their information to the Pearl Venue Team at venues@pearlbrewery.com any time from June through August.

The Pearl Approved Catering List is set with a max of 14 caterers annually.


Copies of food and beverage licensing, insurance, copies of menus, recommendation letters, and other venues in which the company is accepted to cater should be included with your requests.


In addition to necessary liability paperwork mentioned above, the following will also be considered:

  • Focus on culinary excellence
  • Respect for a Client's beliefs in foods
  • Professional memberships
  • Willingness to partner with Pearl in future sustainability efforts
  • Size of staffing team; i.e. must be able to cater for a group of at least 500
  • Ability to outfit staff in appropriate uniforms
