A 10% Catering Service Fee on food & beverage only (not the service, tax, or gratuity), which is additional to and not included in the Rental Fee, will be added to the caterer’s portion of the bill. Please ask a member of the Pearl venue team if you have any questions.
Interested applicants may submit their information to the Pearl Venue Coordinator any time throughout the year. Copies of food and beverage licensing, insurance, copies of menus, recommendation letters, and other venues in which the company is accepted to cater should be included. Applicants and the current caterer list are reviewd in August of each year. Any revisions to the caterer list will be announced annually at the end of October, and the updated list is effective January 1st of following year. At Pearl’s discretion, caterers on the wait list may be reviewed sooner based on status of current approved caterers. The Pearl Approved Catering List is set with a max of 15 caterers annually.
